Is it possible to sell my apartment in Izola and buy a new one in Ljubljana, all with the help of one agency?

Absolutely. The agency, where you are about to close one deal is to connect with the other one, at a different location, the location where you are buying.

I wish to sell my 3 year old apartment in Maribor and get a 5 year old in Ljubljana.

The answer is similar. Again, if you start selling first, the agency will close the deal first and get in touch with the one in Ljubljana to help you find what you are looking for.

Can I get an additional discount when buying a newly built construction?

Our primary aim is satisfied clients and you shall be informed about all special rates.

Can I switch my old apartment for a new one?

There is a possibility. Only that the switch is a part of agreement between the owner of an old apartment and the investor of a newly built construction.

Of course.

Do we need to pay the commission when buying a newly built construction?

Normally you do not but the rule does not apply to every project (Croatia)

Am I legally safe?

Absolutely. The law that came to practice in 1st August 2004 –ZVKSES is binding for the investors and protects the buyers.

I wish to buy an apartmentt and would later like to rent it out. Is that an option?

There are independent agencies working with Mreža Slovenia that will gladly help.
