The prices of SLO real estates in June 2011

25th July 2011 – In Ljubljana and central Slovenia the trend of price reduction continues. Also in the second quarter of 2011 the average advertising prices lowered a bit.
 

Advertising Prices of Apartments in Ljubljana
 

In second quarter of 2011 the average advertising prices of apartments have gone down by 0, 7 %. Comparing to June 2010, the prices were lower for 1, 2 %, however in June 2008 the prices reached its peak but were still lower for 9, 1 %.
 

In second quarter of 2011 the prices for flat lets reduced for 0, 3 %, one room apartments for 1, 4 %, two room apartments for 1, 7 %, five and more for 0, 6 %.

 

The prices of three room apartments have gone up for 0, 1 % and four room apartments for 0, 8 %. However, comparing to June 2010 the prices of flat lets were lowered for 0,1 %, one room apartments for 3,0 %, two room apartments for 1,8 %, three room apartments for 0,4 %, five and more for 6,6 %. The prices for four room apartments have gone up for 3, 7 %.
